You ain’t from Cleveland if you don’t know about the fountain of the guy reaching upwards towards the sky. But even if you are from Cleveland, you might not know it at the Fountain of Eternal Life. Maybe you know know it as the War Memorial Fountain, or Peace Arising from the Flames of Wat. Either way, a Cleveland Institute of Art grad named Marshall Fredericks designed this ICONIC fountain and dedicated it in 1964 to honor all the Clevelanders who died or went missing in service. Just like those Clevelanders will live on, so will Cleveland, because CLEVELAND IS ETERNAL.
